Debut Reading of REMIGES: Three Extended Poems (1980-2025)

I turn 79 this coming weekend, the final year before the “bell lap” of my eighties starts. Fortunately, by coincidence, WHAT BOOKS has scheduled a reading with three other poets — Amy Elisabeth David, Celeste Goyer, and James Cushing — at the Village Well Bookstore in Culver City, on Sunday, October 25, at 4:30 p.m. to celebrate the publication of my latest book, REMIGES: Three Extended Poems (1980-2025).

Best of all, Sunday is the “off” day for the World Series, so I will not miss watching the Brewers take on the Rays. Go Brewers! I remember watching the 1982 World Series and wishing the outcome could have been different. Go Brewers! Show the world that the NL Central Division is far from being the weak link in MLB.
